Redefining Fashion, Reducing Waste

Peach was born from a journey towards sustainability that began years ago. During my time studying Fashion Design and Manufacture in college, I was struck by the sheer amount of waste generated, not just by my projects but by the industry as a whole.

After college, I pursued a degree in interior design, where I developed a love for textiles. I started repurposing fabrics I had saved from my college days, turning them into cushions. This led to the creation of the first Peach cushion, and the brand has since expanded into a full range of homeware and fashion accessories.

At Peach, sustainability is a core principle. The thread used is sourced from recycled plastic bottles, and second-hand clothing and textiles are used for fabrics. Even the smallest scraps are repurposed as stuffing for cushions and draught excluders.

What’s next for Peach?

While exciting new homewares and other bag styles are on the horizon, the main focus at Peach right now is the unique and sustainable bum bag. Each bum bag is a limited edition and endlessly wearable.

Keep an eye out for earth-friendly additions to the collection!
